Lewis and Clark: Great Journey West
With stunning aerial cinematography and meticulous recreations brought to life with IMAX® technology, Lewis & Clark dramatizes the legendary early 19th-century expedition that crossed the uncharted North American West. Aided throughout by the generosity of Native Americans, including Sacagawea, the teenaged girl who traveled with them, Lewis and Clark trekked 8,000 miles over a two-year period to find a water passageway to the Pacific Ocean.
Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure
Produced by National Geographic, Sea Monsters' stunning, realistic, computer-generated animation transports audiences back to the Late Cretaceous, when a great inland sea divided North America in two. The film follows a curious and adventurous dolichorhynchops - familiarly known as a 'dolly' -as she travels through the most dangerous oceans in history. Along the way, she encounters long-necked plesiosaurs, giant turtles, enormous fish, fierce sharks, and the most dangerous sea monster of all, the mosasaur.
Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk
Grand Canyon Adventure follows two environmentalists on a rafting trip through the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. The film combines white water rafting and the majestic vistas of the Grand Canyon with environmental issues regarding the depletion of clean, fresh water in Earth's waterways.
