For the past 25 years, the Cosmosphere's award-winning education staff has inspired countless young minds to pursue careers in the space and aviation industries. From the second graders of Investigate Space to the high school sophomores of Kansas Adventures in Outer Space (KAOS), formerly FATP, Cosmosphere space science educators and counselors make a difference in our campers' lives. So to ensure a successful future for both our campers and camp programs, the Cosmosphere hires the region's top educators with a passion for space and science.

Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate by May of 2010
- Committed to the Cosmosphere for the entire summer
- Available weekends (end of May - beginning of August)
- One letter of recommendation
- One professional resume
- Strong interest in working with children and/or adolescents
- Completion of the three-day Counselor Training Program
